rev:text	I am a first time member of Sam's club and the services I received when I went in to the Centennial Hills location was TERRIBLE! By the time I was done getting my membership I made the decision to continue going to Costco (but its out of my way, which is why I wanted to shop with Sam's.) Mind you I added my husband to my account that same day, as he was not with me they gave me a temporary card for him until he came in to get his actual card. When he went a few days later to get his membership card he proceeded to tell me how customer service sucked, as he waited in a long line there were only two people in customer service and one lady proceeded to say "okay, I'm going on my lunch now" as there is a long line standing in front of her. How professional is that?! So my husband said he will only be using his membership at the gas station. Needless to say we won't be back.
