rev:text	If I could give a 0 star I would! Feb of 2016 I went to get my eyes checked for contact lenses from OW, I stated this to them on a number of occasions. I felt like a thing with a pair of eyes for the doctor, not once did he look AT me, or communicate what he was doing. I kept asking him this is for contacts right? Oh sure he said, they just have to do some math. I visited my parents in another province for a couple of weeks, my Mum was going to get me contact lenses. To my surprise when I went to the local store they told me I had the wrong info, I was furious! I had to take an hour and a half trip out of my way, spend $50 to get fitted for contact lenses and the guy was really nice. Cut to now, my glasses coating is so scratched I couldn't properly see oit of them, so I go back to this location to get glasses. Because I didn't purchase glasses, only the doctor has my prescription and it will cost me $20 to print off. THIS SHOULD BE FREE FOR ANYONE THAT ASKS! More so, when I talked with the lady on the phone about it she started arguing and yelling at me like I was stupid! I told her I don't jave to deal with this and hung up on her! If you can save up about $300 go somewhere else! I personally recommend I C Clear Optical! They are amazing! Great choices for frames ALL ARE HALF OFF! I was in the store for under and hour with exam and picking frames! Clean, bright! I can't say enough about I C Clear Optical! Look up there yelp if you wish! Go ANYWHERE other than this horrible belligerent store!
