  • Dukes of Air replaced an air conditioning unit for me last week. All phases of the experience were quite satisfactory, from the polite and professional sales person that clearly gave me the alternatives, to the installers (Freddie, Manny, Luis, Beto, and Danny -- excuse any spelling errors). Even though my job took longer than they had expected, they always seemed to be careful and attentive to details. They even put up with my peeking in on them a few times with questions (more than a few, actually). It also didn't hurt that their price was $400 less than the next best equivalent estimate.
