  • If it was possible for me to not leave a star at all, I would definitely leave this store starless. The merchandise is phenomenal as far as price is concerned, HOWEVER, do not expect great or even mediocre customer service at checkout. The heavy set cashier (woman with reddish brown hair) was beyond rude on two separate occasions. This time, it was rude enough for me to write this review. My mom purchased a dog bed and collar that did not fit the kennel or her dog so she came with me to return or exchange (whatever they would allow) with tags on items and receipt on hand. The cashier abruptly said she cannot return without the original card present, which we thought was fine because we were just going to exchange for the different size, to which she snapped and said no, not even an exchange without the original card. THAT IS RIDICULOUS AND NOT STATED ON THE RETURN POLICY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RECEIPT ( see photo). We just drove from Queen Creek for NOTHING. And will be sure to tell EVERYONE (mind you I'm in the media and know TONS OF PEOPLE) of your horrible cashier who should have been fired a month ago.
