Amazing! And I have to say some of the best pork I've ever had at a ramen restaurant. It's unctuous and meltingly tender!
So hubby and I are sort of ramen fanatics and have had ramen all over the ramen hot spots in the US- Ippudo and Totto Ramen in NYC; Daikokuya, Tsujita, Ramen Jinya, Santouka, Hakata Ramen, Mottainai in LA.
And this place is probably the best ramen we've had, perhaps second to Totto ramen. Their tonkotsu- shoyu ramen is awesome, I love the mix of the pork and chicken flavors. They cook the noodles just right, and of course, the pork is to die for. I also love how cheap the ramen is.
This place made me so happy after our 9 hour crazy traffic filled ride from LA!
