  • I came here this past weekend on a Saturday for a bridal shower event. This place has amazing setting with quotes from beauty stars quotes on the wall areas. There was 6 gals and we had an appt to get our updos, make-up or both. I decided to just do an updo that was suppose to be set price $35. We get to our appt on time. All of the other girls was greeted taken by their stylist. I waited for like 20-25 mins. As I waited none of the receptionist advise me that my stylist was running behind, it took them about maybe 15 mins before they acknowledge that I was still waiting. I was even speaking to another employee, might been a stylist, & he didn't even offer to see what was taking long. When finally she came down to greet me. I had Jazmin Cervantes & she apologize for the wait. Apparently, her prior appt came in late which set my appt behind. So to make this review short & to the point. I got my updo done, curls with partial up & down so it looked like I had some volume on top. It was simple and it came out good. Something I think my girlfriends could of done for me. Then when I had to pay she over change me and when I asked her about the price she didn't explained why it was $10 more. Very disappointed with this place! My other girlfriend that got her make-up done was also over charged by 3 different amts. I def would not come back here for any updos or make-up!! I gave it 3 stars only cause of the first greeting & 2 stars on the set up of this beautiful amazing salon.
