  • I have been coming here and have had an account here for over 15 years, but thanks to some guy behind the counter, that stops now. I went into the store with a video of my pool motor that stopped working. I needed them to come out and fix it. He refused, and wanted me to disconnect the electrical and bring it in. I'm not an electrician, so I called another company who was out the next day and had my pump working again in 10 minutes. Great service from a great company. Pool Parts Plus can cancel my account because I will no longer use them. I will call Waterboy pool service from now on.
