  • Just had a great experience with Silver Eagle Locksmith so wanted to do review before I got busy with other tasks! We like to do some handy work ourselves, but wanted a professional install of touch keypad deadbolt for front door, and wanted consult on couple other items. I did research on several companies, chose this one. Koby was able to schedule quickly, alerted us of earlier time slot when his schedule allowed, and was flexible on the day when I needed the later part of the window of time we agreed to. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, personable, and was very timely in completion of work (great on hot day and for my having busy schedule). We were able to do some leg work in advance by sending pictures of the projects and getting rough estimate of cost. He was honest upon arrival with options regarding the lock items we needed consultation about. Did great job of installing the front door lock (as well as finishing another portion of one previously installed without extra charge). Offered an option of an additonal service without being pushy or intrusive, which we chose to have done as it was something we valued. Offered fare price for professional services provided. We will utilize again if needed in the future and would recommend to others. Happy customer :).
