  • My first time coming here I made an appointment and when I arrived EARLY I still had to wait for everyone who was already there before me - at least an hour - because it was busy. I waited anyway and the nails did come out amazing. It's been a few months since I came back, but when I came today (on a Tuesday around 2pm) there was no wait. I was picking out a color when the only man working there started rushing me, saying he had an appointment coming and if she arrived before I pick a color I would have to wait. I just said okay and continued to pick a color. Then I sat down at the table, he tried making conversation with me by looking all into my phone and asking what I'm doing. I simply told him I preferred not to talk at the moment. Then he told me "you know I have right to refuse service to anyone" I just said "okay ...." and got on the phone. He interrupted my conversation saying "yeah go somewhere else" I replied "clearly I wasn't talking to you, I was on the phone." So I left. He seemed not interested in doing my nails I'm sure he didn't care. There was no reason for him to rush me when there was nobody else waiting. The nails are good but if you want a good experience I highly suggest going elsewhere.
