rev:text	Perhaps Damon is lovely to work with if you own the property, but he is AWFUL if you are the tenant. The house we were living in looking nice in the daytime, but everything went to pot when night fell. This, of course, was not his fault, but it IS his fault that he took forever to respond to issues and always acted like we were squatters instead of paying tenants. When the air conditioner went out in the middle of summer, he told us it didn't count as an emergency (120 degree heat, I was pregnant, and have a small child). After we left, after giving him more than a month's notice, he told us that we hadn't paid rent and were going to be sued. I told him we had left, but he forced me to pay an extra month's rent (when I wasn't THERE). The house was vandalized during that time, and we were forced to pay for the missing fridge and stove as well as paint. Even if this drama had not occurred, he was rude and condescending, even when dealing with small matters.
