Came into town again, and as noted in my last review, I would and did stay at the Linq.
Everything was just as before, great desk staff that is more welcoming than most. I was in a Junior Suite this time at conference rates and it had very generations rooms, large 11 X11 bathroom, living room, and a wet bar with table top. There was no view to speak of but I don't typically linger in the hotel to look out the window... much. Plenty of restaurant with views so this time I'll take the bigger room!
I will say I had nothing but problems with the house internet. I had to constantly reconnect as it dropped me regularly. Reconnection required going through that "sign on" business each time.
The internet was suppose to be complementary but for some reason they charged me for one day. I'm sure it is a clerical error and based upon my experiences there, it will likely only take a phone call to rectify.
Rapid check-in and check-out was great. I did not have to trek across a busy hotel casino with my bags. I hate that vagabond feeling other casino hotels force me through... like walking through a restaurant with a shower robe on. With the Linq, no fuss no muss, in and out with room keys generated at the stand.
So on take-two, the Linq holds true to form.
