rev:text	I would not rent from this company again. I was nothing but cordial and professional with the owner in my email communications and all I ever received back were abrupt, rude responses as if it was painful for him to actually perform the job his property owners are paying him to do. Take a look at the rest of these reviews, these people aren't exaggerating and they all have similar stories. Arrow only gets a star because that's the least I can give them.
