  • I really wanted to like this place. It is so convenient to where we live but unfortunately I don't think we will return. I brought both my kiddos in for a cut. They have been getting their hair cut regularly for a while. No big deal. Especially my daughter who all she needed was a trim, her ends cleaned up. The place was clean and cute. I wish they had a chair smaller instead of having to have the kids too big for the planes and cars sit on a ledge on the chair. Or had the booster seat for the chair. Either way when we were done the woman told me how much she had taken off, normal but then she said she took off a little more on one side because her hair was longer on that side. I nodded and knew what she had done. Sure enough, and I washed her hair to make sure I could see it easily, she had cut one side about 1/2 inch shorter in one section. So the side that was "longer than the other" wasn't too long she just took off too much. Now I have to take off an additional 1/2 inch off the rest of her hair. Her wiggling had long stopped by the end and she continued to comb it so it was easily visible when you looked at her ends. As I am typing this my husband points out the back of our sons hair is uneven as well. Too bad. The woman was nice.The only reason I'm not giving 1 star. It's annoying to have to fix it myself after I paid someone else to do it.
