  • This place is flat out horrible. I have a friend who recommended it so I tried going there three separate times. The pedicures are mediocre at best. The first time I went for a manicure they completely ruined my nails and the acryllics they put on we're extremely thick. When I went to get them removed somewhere else, the other place couldn't even get them off considering they destroyed my nails. The second time I went here (today), I just wanted a nice, simple gel manicure so that my nails looked nice for Christmas. They turned out so bad I almost could have done a better job at home by myself. I was passed around twice, and the second lady, which I believe is the actual owner, ripped my skin off around the nail and made me bleed. She told me this was because my nails were too short but she continued to rip my skin off even though I kept pulling away. She didn't put enough coats on so the paint job is patchy and she shaved my nails down so now they just look lumpy and weird. She also didn't even file them straight. She got nail polish all over my fingers and just told me to go home and wash my hands to get it off instead of just cleaning it up for me. And I accidentally touched something which made the polish chip and she just painted over it making it look even patchier and uglier. NEVER coming here again and I will be telling my friends about my experience to tell them to go somewhere else. Horrible nails and horrible service.
