  • If I could go back a month ago and look for another place to live I would. At first glacĂ© you will like the place. They show you the model apartments and the office seems nice. I literally had problems my first day here.. My apartment which is a large was not cleaned, the carpet people hadn't came and it was just horrible. The next day the carpet cleaners came while I was asleep to start cleaning. The office had told them the apartment was vacant!!!! My family and I had to run out with our pjs. The carpet cleaners had moved our shoes and couldn't remember where they put them so we walked barefooted to the office. They acted like they didn't know what I was talking out. The following week the cleaning ladies came and did a crappy job. Screens were still full of dust and grease from the pervious renter was on the ceiling!! GROSS!! It's been about a month since I moved in I have had maintenance at my apt over 7x. 5 were for the same problem my water heater wasn't giving out hot water. Now my dryer isn't working and they didn't come to fix it until 530 when I had called the day before. The guy came and said tomorrow I'll finish there is nothing I can do right now. I waited all day today for them to show up at 6 and bring me a dirty dryer!!! My husband had to clean it! It had lint and dirt. Oh and my washer wasn't cleaned before we moved in and it makes white spot on the clothes. Update!!! After waiting over a month for my blinds to be changed they finally came. The maintenance man put dirty blinds on my bed/pillows and didn't say anything. I didn't even notice until it was time for bed. Then he forgot to put back the window frame. They do half assed work here!!! May update.. While I was asleep pest control came into my apt unannounced!! My husband went to the office to ask who order the service nobody knew who and there was no managers in the office to speak with. My husband is extra upset because I am 9months pregnant and somebody came into our home without permission. **TIP If you must move here check everything out before you move stuff in!!!
