  • Even though there was construction I was pleasantly surprised by the nice accommodations. The female daytime bartender was great, the bell staff who helped hold my luggage was so accommodating and nice, the Conceirge team was always willing to lend a hand and advice on the area, the front desk staff was attentive, and the manager Heather agreed to a one hour late check out even though the hotel was overly busy and booked. My son and I were there was a basketball tournament an didn't realize he would have a Sunday game when was when we were supposed to check out. She was understanding with our situation and saved us a lot of stress by letting us stay that extra hour. I had a great trip to Vegas largely due to the fantastic staff at Desert Rose. Please continue to strive for improvement and greatness!
