  • I was referred to this office by my doctor. When calling to set up the appointment the rude lady asks if I've seen a neurologist in the last two years. Just so happens I was recently sent to a neurologist a week prior but I didn't like him at all seeing as he didn't even look at my records and prescribed me medication I'm highly allergic to. This lady said since I've seen a neurologist in the past two years they can't help me. So you're saying you take no patients that want to switch doctors? Someone has to be suffering without doctors for two years straight before you will grace them with the privilege of your office. Get out of here. Seems like a lot of neurologist in this town are scammers. Why are you afraid to take patients that have been treated. Hell, I wasn't even treated at the other place I just went for a consult and you jerks won't even see me. Obviously you don't care about people just your pockets. Btw you need a new phone girl as the one you have is awful with customer service. She has some valley girl whine that is awful too. No wonder your ratings are so low.
