Little to no enforcement of h.o.a. regulations in Avalon Village. I have contacted this company several times with concerns only to be brushed off with statements like "we are working on it "or "it's a process" or some other excuse as to why they can't enforce the rules. Mind you have i have been to h.o.a. meetings and also voiced my concerns. People parking in their yards is commonplace and has spread like a cancer due to a total "lack of enforcement". Some of the rules they currently are not enforcing include : Homes with less then the minimum required plants in front yard allowing for vehicles to be parked in yards, people parking their vehicles in yards, weeds and garbage in many of the yards, a pool and a common area that are routinely trashed and people are not held accountable, and a representative from Vision that "supposedly" visits the community each week inspecting the area. I will say that they unecessarily trim trees on a regular basis. Very dissapointed with Vision.
