| - I came here literally two days ago. I came to see them after seeing all the great Yelp reviews and a few messages. When I went for the in person estimate, he was pretty spot on with his price. He was fair in his pricing and explained everything that was going to be done very throughly. I owned a big paint shop back in Miami for a couple years before I closed it to join the military but I didn't let him know that. After getting back the car after, only 48 hours, it was in near perfect condition. The quality in work was great. I did a quick glance for imperfections in the paint then took it home because I was in a rush. After I got home, i visually inspected everything in sunlight and with my defects light and the car had been buffed pretty terribly. PLEASE DON'T JUDGE THE QUALITY OF WORK BASED ON THAT STATEMENT. There was almost ZERO imperfections in the actual body work and paint. I did find one little tiny spot with sand scratches but it's so minor that it was buffed out by me. Now let me explain, the paint had no fisheye, spotting, bubbles, imperfections in body work, the body line was redone perfectly. The person didn't match the curve of the body perfectly but that was easy to get confused if he didn't match the driver side. The car had M3 replica sideskirts so they didn't match up with the 335i quarter panel but it was quality quality work in bodywork/spraying. Most shops hire a part-time or full time buffer or a guy to just wash cars that can buff. Don't let that take away from the main job of a body shop. I think the shop was just busy and the buffer wasn't in the right light and it hid all the imperfections. It happens. Now this amazing company does have a LIFETIME WARRANTY on their work. I have no doubt in my mind that if I called right now, they would fix the issue. The problem is the car is sold and will be gone tomorrow morning. I buffed it out myself with a single stage polishing compound and within an hour, BAM. It came out like a mirror. I will post pictures of everything before and after paint plus their buffing and mine. I give nothing but an honest review of my experience plus the quality of work. Would I recommend this shop to my closest friend and a complete stranger? 100% yes without a doubt. Mistakes happen. This is a body shop, not a detailer. I want to make people aware that this job wouldn't mean it wasn't done without precision and expertise. I will definitely come back there for future jobs because it's tough to find a great shop like this one.
PS. I took a picture of my fender (not painted or buffed by the company) to show that the paint wasn't just cared for properly.
