  • I usually don't like to go to mechanic shops because I know nothing about cars. Surprisingly It was an amazing experience. Rich was very nice and professional. Made me feel welcome and didn't false any problems about my car. Told me exactly what could be my problem and how to fix it. Sure enough his diagnosis was correct my car needed a simple balance and I'm driving smooth now. Thanks Rich.
