Ordered online for in store pickup.
Pickup check in is fine. Show phone barcode to scanner.
But then a person still had to come talk to me to ask what I ordered. What's the point of automation if I still need to take time to tell someone. Redundant.
I'd prefer the item to be brought right out. It should be organized in back by order number/name.
Also, didn't like that they don't keep online orders up front. Takes another few minutes for them to walk up.
All in all, average in store pick up process at best.
