I witnessed Jesse, from Customer Service at Walmart on Northsight (north scottsdale) dealing with an irate customer today(11/8/16). The customer was clearly in the wrong and was causing a scene, demanding to get his way. Jesse was very calm, handled the customer appropriately and in a timely manner. While the customer verbally expressed bad words and hostility. He then continued helping other customers with a smile on his face, not showing any negative body language or smart remarks. GREAT job Jesse! It can be difficult to deal with customers and it can be even more difficult to move past their negativity and poor judgement. You handled your job very well!
