  • Im a new tenant soon to move in full time, so I can speak to the location and amenities I saw during my tour as well as the service during signing my lease. I plan to provide another review as time moves on and I'm living on site. Location and Amenities - absolutely the best when compared to similar luxury apartments. Benefits are even more important for me with two kids and everything appears to be within walking distance (vs other complexes on main roadways and some of them currently in construction). Apartment kitchens the best as well as the oversized gym compared to other complexes. In addition 1 garage indoor parking plus separate storage space included without additional cost. Richard Bojado was the representative that I met with to tour the property. He was one of the most professional people I have met from the moment we first sat down, to clearly explaining the costs of the rental, and touring the facility on multiple days on short notice. He even kept in touch via text to answer questions outside of business hours. Highly recommend him to future tenants. James
