  • I had the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced with Lyft last night. The driver wasn't helpful after I was dropped at the wrong location and then it's nearly impossible to talk to someone at customer service. When I finally talked to someone he was incredibly rude. He wouldn't help me get a refund and took no accountability for the issue. I will never recommend them again.
