  • DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM HERE!! If your flight cancels or you can't make it for any reason, they won't even give you a partial refund. they also will NOT give you a credit to use for a future date. i spoke with a manager "K" and she was so rude and unaccommodating. completely uninterested in the fact that i was snowed in at the airport w/ every flight around me canceling.
