  • I'm not sure if the staff has changed recently but I was surprised by some of the negative reviews I see about this location. We purchased a desk from West Elm a few weeks ago, and I was blown away by how cordial and helpful the staff was. I will not hesitate to visit again for my next furniture purchase. (I do wish the store had a little more variety in styles these days! VERY mid-century modern focused ... But that's certainly nothing that the local staff can control!!)
