  • Sadly to say, this place is terrible! I've only lived here about 6 weeks and I'm ready to move out! I've had to contact management and maintenance 4x to resolve issues that SHOULD have been addressed BEFORE I even moved in. The apartment was not turned over from the previous tenants properly leaving me with a broken shower head, clogged tub, non working dryer, AND leaking dishwasher (all in which had to be replaced which tell you they were never properly checked out to begin with)... In the meantime, my laundry was ruined, and my apartment semi flooded. Not to mention the replacement dryer (cause they just put in another old one) takes twice as long to dry and the so called brand new dishwasher doesn't completely dry my dishes ... Management has done absolutely NOTHING to compensate me for my inconveniences! AND I MEAN NOTHING! I dunno who hired these ppl to run a property but this is ridiculous! I'm addition, NO ONE CLEANS UP AFTER THEIR PETS!!! Not even one of the leasing officers cause I've seen her! Please don't move here. Save yourself the trouble. Trust, I'm reporting this place to EVERYONE! TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!
