  • I'm a homeowner and I'm the type of homeowner that likes to do it yourself. Home Depot offers that, their staff is always so welcoming and always willing to help you unlike other home improvement stores. Their prices are very reasonable and sometimes price match if needed. Over the weekend I went to the free Childrens workshop. I've never experienced anything like it. It's so cute that they provide Home Depot aprons for the kids to ware during their project and get to take home. This months the kids made a butterfly house, they were able to build it own their own with nails and wood glue. Once the house was built there was a painting area for the kids to decorate their houses. Once the project was done the kids received a certificate and a pin to put on their apron. This was such a joy I will be coming back every month to participate with my boys. I even signed up for adult do it yourself classes.
