I had a negative experience to say the least. The power was turned off when I viewed the residence so I didn't get a great look at things. The company is rated A+ with the Better Business Bureau so I didn't look at things as well I should have. After moving in I discovered that there were multiple leaks, water damage and mold. It looks as if there has been no maintenance done after the previous tenant left. I contacted the property management company and their maintenance department many times. They sent someone out who wasted 2 hours of my time and was only able to accomplish the repair of a towel bar. Furthermore he caused further damage to the bathroom counter in the process. Property management has completely dismissed my complaints and told me to call the maintenance phone number. I believe the only reason they have a good BBB rating is that they try coerce their tenants to removing bad ratings and/or reviews.
