  • We had a great experience at Mor. Their showroom is really nice, clean, and simple. Some of the other places we shopped around at felt really cluttered and confusing to navigate. Jeff, our salesperson, was really helpful but not intrusive. He let us shop and made sure to check in with us every so often to answer any questions we had. He was in no way pushy which we appreciated and made our experience much more pleasant. We purchased a large couch and making a decision was something we wanted to take our time with as it was a rather big deal for us. They had refreshments in the back with a soda fountain, fresh popcorn, and fresh baked cookies (which were really good and I had like 4). I even sat in a massage chair (that's for sale) and enjoyed a massage as we were doing paperwork lol. We really liked everything about this place. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the delivery. We got next day delivery which was great, and we got an "evening" delivery. When they called to let me know the time frame it would be delivered, the hours were between 7PM and 11PM! How in the world is it okay to expect people to stay up until possibly 11PM to receive furniture, on a week night no less? That to me is a bit ridiculous. Fortunately ours was not that late, but the guy called us at 8PM and said they were about 30 minutes away. By 9:15PM I called to find out what the hold up was. He said they got confused and did another delivery before ours... they finally got to us about 9:45PM. It would be one thing if the delivery was free, then we might not have much room to complain. But we paid $100 for the delivery so I'm a little annoyed at the delay and especially that window of time. We love our couch though. It's exactly as the floor model looked and we purchased the warranty (not really a warranty but cleaning/servicing/replacement type service) that lasts for 5 years for a pretty reasonable rate, which we were able to include in our financed amount. Overall I would highly recommend Mor. We will definitely be back for any furniture needs in the future.
