Inquired about seeing a doctor when I have Kaiser, but they didn't even let me finish my inquiry before telling me, "We don't take Kaiser and you have to pay." When I told them I didn't mind paying, they they handed me a clipboard with paper work. Not a great first impression at the front desk, and I was the only customer that walked in at the time, so they couldn't have been too busy-- and definitely did not need to be rude. If the front desk is rude, I would not bother seeing a doctor there.
