  • Stopped by the Kolwear location and was horrified by how we were treated by the staff. I was with my two young daughters and told them they could each pick an umbrella. They were very excited and as kids do popped them open. I was also in the process of picking out new rain jackets & boots for them when one of the staff members snatched the umbrella from my 3 year old and screamed at her that umbrellas are not toys and the store is not a playground. We obviously immediately left, but not before several rude comments were made in our direction. Unbelievable. I recommend not shopping at this over priced kids store which clearly takes itself way too seriously. Both my daughters left in tears.
