  • Ordered a large appliance from this store online and paid $$ to have it shipped. There are no Sears Outlet stores in my area. WHAT a nightmare. It was shipped unwrapped, un packing peanutted in a box twice its size meant for a different item. It was marked for a different recipient in a different city, with a different shipper. Then, the local delivery contractor set it upside down in my house, as it was marked TOP in ballpoint pen. Spent hours on the phone with Customer Service, of two kinds; Home Delivery has one Customer Service and Outlet Store has another. Local delivery service never picked up the phone nor answered phone messages. Do yourself a BIG favor. BUY from ABT.
