I have a love-hate relationship with PDQ. If they realize who you are (i.e. someone with an organization that is a long-time customer giving them a lot of business), they'll treat you awesomely and go above and beyond. But if they don't realize who you are (i.e. you've used them continuously for years as a part of organizations they recognize, but you start with an organization that hasn't used them before), you are in for some poor service. You'll make calls and send emails with no response. You'll have to tell them something 4 times before it happens. And you'll arrive to pick up your order only to find out that they printed it on the wrong paper. I've had 5 star experiences and 1 star experiences here (and just about everything in between).
