  • At last a "COBBLER"! I have searched high and low for a "true" shoe repair establishment. Dean's is phenomenal (skilled, knowledgeable and customer friendly). My brand new designer boots needed a zipper repaired (off track). I took it to several shoe repair/alteration shops...what a disaster. I heard things like: "it's impossible to repair", "we can cut into the leather and create a patch for $30 (but no guarantees)" and "we can melt the bottom of the zipper to seal it and try to put it back on track for $35"...urgh! However, I didn't give up; through the power of Google and countless phone calls, I located Dean's Shoe Repair and never looked back. Mohammad took my boot, grabbed his tools and fixed the problem in 5mins. He even took the time to explain the problem (manufacturer) and how he fixed it. I am wearing my boots without a hitch.
