rev:text	Not quite divey, and not quite a gastropub. It fills somewhat of a grey area between the two. When I first entered I was prepared for a more intimate experience. Perhaps I should have managed my expectations since I was on the Southside. The menu is an exercise in absurdism. Upon opening, the menu is overwhelming. It is unclear how many check-ins would be required to truly understand the taste of Fatheads. Yet I get the impression that most of the items probably taste the same. The fries are underwhelming. I had the spiciest option for the wings, and they did not live up to their description. Even though the spiciness was not up to par, the taste of the sauce was exceptional. I would order them again. I ordered the Fathead version of a Ruben. They were aiming for portion size over taste. At no point did I feel like I was eating a Ruben, Though somewhat tasty, I was lost in the bread and coleslaw and ultimately did not feel like I was noshing on a Ruben. But what perturbed me most is that I had no inclination to return. The beer is great but the environment was not welcoming in a bar/pub sense. Because it felt busy and rushed, it is not a place to sit down, enjoy a local brew, and connect with friends after work. It is most akin to a chain sit-down restaurant with craft beer. This is a shame because the drafts that I tried were superb. Stop by for a beer (or two), try some of the food, but constantly feel like your table needs to cleared for another customer.
