  • Worst experience ever. They jave 5 pools here. Only 1 was open until 3 pm. And they just made us leave that one because the entire pool area is booked by a convention. Before this they stuck us in a dingy room where the shower leaked, lights didn't work and counter space was non existent. When we complained they charged us 20 dollars to upgrade then took an hour of our time waiting for a bellhop to move us to another room. Don't stay here. They never bothered to tell us when we were booking there was a convention that was going to take up use of the amenities.
