  • I am very disappointed in how I was treated here. I financed a brand new Toyota two years ago and received a call to come in since I pay ON TIME every month to get it re-financed. Well I drove 1.5 hours to be told "oh we can't refinance you...but I can sale you a new car for a longer term and saving NO MONEY"...waste of time of my day and I have new babies, false pretenses to get someone in to make a buck is disgusting. I am very angry I had wasted MY time and when I wanted to tell a manager..of course they are all to busy!
