  • The idea of delivering warm and fresh cookies as soon as it's out of the oven is great in thought, however, was not executed well at all. Ended up waiting almost 2 hours late at night when it was only supposed to be 45 minutes. Only ordered 10 cookies, it was not a big order. The cookies themselves are actually very very good; very warm, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and very chewy. They are good. The vegan gluten free cookies are great, the brownie cookies are great, and the classic chocolate chip cookies are also very great; but the process of actually getting the cookies was awful. Had to call them 3 times; they don't bother mentioning if you order through Yelp, Yelp automatically changes your phone number and they can't contact you and can end up waiting longer than we did if you didn't call sooner. They also couldn't get a hold of our driver with the cookies so that made it even longer of a wait. Hopefully if you order these cookies, you're prepared for a wait and confusion of getting in contact with them.
