  • COX is such a crooked company. They have so many hidden fees it's ridiculous. I set up an agreement with them to only come home and see my cable was cut. They are as good as their word. CROOKS. I spoke with one of their representatives and all she kept saying was I don't see a note on the account. So you mean to tell me the guy was just talking and not noting the account? Terrible terrible terrible. I told them I will no longer be doing business with them and her reply was, "OK" wth really y'all been taking my money for the past 2 years and all you have to say it OK? Girl bye. A word of advice to COX, learn what Customer Service means and get some act right.
