This location feels like a prison. Everyone that works here is a robotic machine and not really nice. Retail robots, huge store but bad inventory. Could be one of the worst Ross stores I've ever been to! This Ross needs new customer service representatives with proper training on need to learn how to treat customers and most important should know your merchandise. Corey at your customer service desk has no clue of your merchandise even when reading tags and comparing them to the receipt. She needs to learn how to treat customers with courtesy and even that may not help this person!!! She rejects your merchandise even when the tags and receipt match the merchandise. She needs to lighten up a little. A please or a thank you may not hurt either.
