I have waited quite a while to write this review as the experience I had was humiliating and every time I look at the new top plate he made me, I want to cry!
Greg has fixed my old teeth and did an outstanding job!
So I came to him to get a full top plate and bottom partial.
He made an impression of my current teeth so he could make an identical pair, which he assured me he could do.
The price was fair but the saying holds true... " you get what you pay for"
The first plate he made in a hurry because he was sick and kept me waiting... When I put them in I wanted to cry.. The reminded me of when I was a kid and had buck teeth!
I could literally put the tip of my pinkie in the seperation between top and bottom.
He remade them and although they were not as buck.. They still looked nothing like the pair I brought him to copy
The teeth were larger and too white and as I looked at all the pictures in his office I realized most looked identical.
I had also called him to ask if he did charity work as I knew a homeless woman who's denture was falling out of her mouth.
He told me with hesitation that he would help her and we made a Saturday appointment.
This woman was so happy she was getting new teeth she cried...
We showed on time for the appointment and Greg went OFF on me how he is a good Christian man and is going broke doing for others and how he is taken advantage of... The problem is he was ranting within hearing distance of this homeless women who was so embarrassed.
I could not believe this man who is usually smiling and kind could do such a thing!
I now live with teeth I do not like and Greg never bothered to apologize for his unprofessional behavior and for humiliating someone less fortunate!
Shame on you!!
Take what you will from this
Happy Holidays
