This might be more of a jab at Continental Airlines, but almost every single time I have had to fly through Cleveland (No direct Pitt to Indy flights. BAH) there are delays and cancellations. Yesterday was a culmination of the cluster that is the Cleveland airport communication system, but the gate agents told us they lost our plane?!? HOW DUMB ARE YOU??? Later, 2 hours later, they tell us our plane is in a hangar for mechanical checks, and only after I keep an eye on the board for delays/cancellations do I notice that they cancelled the flight. After I was the first person to the gate desk, they waited literally 15 min to tell the rest of the confused and frustrated fliers what the EFF was going on. The layout of the airport is equally confusing and small. God I hate Ohio.
