  • This review is specifically for groupon. The chocolates are pretty good, but pricey $5 for 1 chocolate bar. I don't mind splurging a bit for chocolate for myself or a gift and supporting independently owned business. I am angry about the groupon. I get to this downtown location before it opens, wait a bit, and have my groupon denied. It does not explicitly say "only valid at this(Rainbow) location" or "not valid at other locations". The fine print exists for a reason. Be explicit. State ALL your terms and conditions. Which locations are valid. If the Groupon is limited to certain items, list them! If desserts doesn't include chocolate say so! I am pissed because I am NOT the first customer to have this problem. Your cashier said, "I'm sorry, other people have had this problem too"
