  • I used to like this location and have been here numerous times, however, I have been disappointed with the customer service here the last 2-3 visits. The positive is that It's conveniently located inside the theater so its a great place to grab a drink before or after a movie. There always seems to be a long line up with just one cash register and the line up seemed to move very slowly. The staff seemed unfriendly the last few visits (? Maybe they are over worked?) and drinks were made inconsistently. I normally order my drinks with half sweetness, but my drinks would taste like regular sweetness and the staff insisted that it was made to half sweetness. I would expect same consistency at different chatime. When you think about it, its $5-7 for a drink, that's not cheap, it should really be made to your customizations. Overall, its a convenient location, however, I would think twice the next time I want to get a bubble tea here due to inconsistent quality and long wait time.
