Really didn't enjoy playing the haggle game. Pricing was negotiated for a whole house of windows over several hours. When the installer came for an initial visit, he noted that the estimate was a window short. Our sales rep asked that we go without one window, that perhaps one was still in decent shape or that perhaps one window would be covered by furniture. After we stated that this was not a good option he explained that we would have to pay for the extra window. Paying for the extra window conveniently put the pricing up to where he first started. Really hope it is was an honest mistake and not a sneaky way to get the pricing back up. Additionally, the sales rep showed us a demo that these windows would be the best thing since sliced bread. They are certainly better than our 1970's windows but they are just an average, run of the mill window.
