  • For months and months I was a regular at this location. The employees knew me by name, and almost had my telephone number memorized. I had an interaction with one of the managers before the Haute cash was released and she said, "see you next week!" When I told her I'd have to wait for a while to come back since I was between jobs, she gave me the biggest stink eye I've ever seen. Such attitude! Well, when Haute cash time rolled around, I came back in to spend my Haute cash and to say hi to these ladies who'd been friendly to me in the past to find that they flat out IGNORED ME! Yes, ignored me. So from now on, I'll prefer to shop at a different Torrid location (or just buy everything online). TLDR; the women who work here are fake.
