Came back a second time for a eye pad replacement and adjustment.
Sadly I stepped on the mans glasses and bent them. *SMH* We had good luck the first time so we came back. He has very expensive fames and wanted the plastic nose pieces back when the service was done. He asked for this in advance. When we came back to pick them up the pads were nowhere in site. We asked about them, they went back into the back room they were gone for a bit and I angled myself to peer in. They were digging through the trash looking for them. She came back up front and said "you never asked for them and they are gone" My man said "we just saw you searching throughout the trash looking for them and now you are going to come to me and blame me?!"
It is not a huge deal for us not to have those pads but it is a big deal when someone makes a mistake, then turns to the person they made a mistake for and blames them instead of taking responsibility for the mistake they made. It is a huge problem in modern times.
Accountability
For that they have lost a customer.
