  • I bought a Groupon deal for an SUV because of the good reviews there. First, like many other reviews here stated, you can't ever guess this is a running business building as it looks like a run down shack, we passed by it the first time and had to call to confirm. Second, we were told at least five times that the employees only make money on tips, when we booked the appointment, when we dropped off the car, we received two "harassment" calls saying the car is "very dirty, we will not charge you extra but give us a good tip" and when we picked up the car. The car was there from 9am until 5:30pm and the end it is pretty much a good vacuum and nothing else. Nothing was wiped down on the inside and even on the outside the car had marks. When i pointed these things out to the guys, he grabbed a rug and started wiping it down saying "i lost a lot of money because of your car today" trying to make me feel guilty so i can tip him good. I gave him tip which he didn't really deserve. He stated that he spent six hours on the car, if he only spent half of that time for real, the car would have been spotless. Never returning there again!!!
