  • I came in here yesterday and didn't have a good experience. Super sore drilled nails and cut cuticles from drill. Getting nails done shouldn't be a painful experience. I also can't believe that they charged me $10 more than what was listed as their price. I asked them why it was more and the mans response was that because the acrylic used had a pink tint rather then just clear, it was more. It was creative nail powder they used which comes in clear and blush. I know it doesn't cost more to buy the blush because I'm a hairstylist and go into the store and look at nail products all the time. It seems like he just kept scrambling on coming up with reasons why it was more than advertised. I don't like this kind of business tactic and I'm afraid it happens to often at these types of nail salons. I guess you could shame on me for not going into an American salon with better customer service. It's not any more expensive to go to higher end salons that don't sneak in dishonest up charges and drill the crap out of your nails. Ouch! Lesson learned.
